Quebec provinical police have issued an Amber Alert for one-year-old Laura MacPhee.
According to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the child was abducted by Jessie-Wayne MacPhee, 31, in Nova Scotia, but they were last seen Wednesday morning at 10:15 a.m. in Saint-Louis-de-Blandford about 70 kilometres east of Trois-Rivières.
The SQ says they may be in a 2008 red Corolla with the licence plate HCT 840.
The Amber Alert advises people to call the police if they see the missing people — but not to approach the suspect.
